Operations Leadership Support Specialist (Non-Clinical)

Overview

The Operations Support Team Specialist-Home Office is responsible for staffing utilization, support, and coordination of the Operations Support Team. This role serves as a subject matter expert and may provide training and operational process support for both clinical and non-clinical roles. The position supports newly acquired agencies (integration support) and existing agencies across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational standards across projects.
  • Manage schedules for operations support staff for agency integrations and support assignments.
  • Coordinate training schedules for home office departments, supporting new acquisitions and existing staff.
  • Stay updated on policy, process, regulatory, and company changes.
  • Support organizational change management using effective communication and feedback techniques.
  • Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend improvements using key performance indicators.
  • Assist in onboarding new agencies, ensuring operational standards and best practices are met.
  • Support software testing, training, and implementation, including electronic medical record functionalities.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience or equivalent office administration experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
