Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between Dec 2026 – June 2027.
• Business or hospitality background preferred.
• Willingness to work in-restaurant including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Driver’s license valid in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn all restaurant roles from Team Member to Supervisor.
• Lead a 20+ person restaurant team and manage guest experience.
• Develop coaching, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Own results and drive profitability through operations.
