Restaurant Brands International invites graduates to join the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP). Over three years, you’ll immerse in Burger King® or Popeyes® operations, develop leadership and P&L skills, and prepare for senior roles.

Starting with hands-on restaurant fundamentals, you’ll progress to Restaurant General Manager and District Manager responsibilities, shaping guest experiences and operational excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027 is acceptable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-unit restaurant management track with P&L exposure.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver guest excellence.
• Progress through in-restaurant operations to district-level leadership.
