Job summary

Life.Church in Edmond, OK seeks an experienced Worship Creative Operations Leader to guide the Worship Creative team, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery of projects that serve our mission. Responsibilities

  • Support and input Worship Creative budget.
  • Collaborate with Director of Operations on event and songwriting trip planning.
  • Manage Team travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries.
  • Support campus resourcing for song bank and creative elements.
  • Manage and maintain project calendars and scheduling.
  • Assist in coordinating with campus and central teams, ensuring next steps and on-time completion.
  • Logistical ownership of multiple projects with proper attention and collaboration.
  • Proactively handle data tracking, reporting, decisions, approvals, and high-level communications.

The Worship Creative Operations Leader is primarily responsible for leading the Worship Creative team towardcollaboration through effective communication. This role will focus on active and upcoming projects to meetnecessary timelines and deliverables.

This role is responsible for leading project management and operational initiatives that support the direction, andefforts of their team to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do
Support the Central Worship Creative Team
  • Support and input Worship Creative budget.
  • Collaborate with Director of Operations with event and songwriting trip planning.
  • Manage Team travel arrangements by booking flights, reserving hotels, coordinatingtransportation, and creating travel itineraries.
  • Support Central Ministry Leader of Worship Creative with campus resourcing efforts for thesong bank and creative elements.
  • Manage and maintain project calendars and scheduling.
  • Assist in collaboration with campus and central teams, communicating expectations, ensuringnext steps to keep projects viable and completed on time.
  • Logistical ownership of team projects, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, whileensuring proper attention, priority and collaboration is placed on projects.
  • Proactively owning logistical tasks such as data tracking and reporting, decisions, approvals, andhigh level communication to Central teams, stakeholders, and industry vendors and partners.
