Uline is seeking an Operations Manager for its Washington branch in Lacey, WA to drive delivery of excellence and lead a high-performing team across the warehouse, customer service, sales, HR, IT and facilities.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in operations or general management; experience supervising staff and some travel. You will shape operations, recruitment, and employee relations while upholding safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in operations or general management.
• Warehouse, call center and/or sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Washington branch, including Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities.
• Supervise branch departments to ensure impeccable customer service.
• Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds exceed company standards.
• Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.
