Uline, a family-owned distributor, seeks an Operations Manager to lead our Washington branch in Lacey. You will oversee Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.

With 5+ years in operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to supervise teams, you will drive recruiting, performance feedback, and safety expectations. This on-site role includes competitive benefits and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of operations/general management experience.
• Warehouse, call center and/or sales experience a plus.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Limited overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.
• Supervise branch departments to ensure impeccable customer service.
• Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds exceed company standards.
• Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.
