Job summary

The Marion County Treasurer's Office seeks a qualified professional to oversee coordination, planning, and administration of all operational processes. You will provide work direction, training, and supervision to direct reports, and establish standards for data integrity throughout the production cycle.

Reporting to the Deputy Treasurer Operations, you will help formulate policies and analyze budgets. Additionally, you will collaborate with Information Services Agency and vendors on programming

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years of experience managing team-members and two years in a related administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills; high analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Provides work direction, training, and supervision to team members.
• Collaborates to formulate administrative, financial, and office management policies and procedures.
• Reviews operational data, budget, and staffing to ensure effectiveness.
• Assists in coordination with IT and vendors for tax billing, distribution of taxes, notices, and tax sale.
• Develops and uses social media to market services and provide public information.
