Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation in Corona, CA seeks an Operations Manager to lead a 130+ person manufacturing and warehouse team, ensure on-time delivery, and drive productivity in a cGMP environment.

You will partner with Supply Chain and NPD teams, implement continuous improvement, manage budgets and headcount, and uphold safety standards across the facility as part of a dynamic, growth-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in leadership in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, etc.).
• Experience with 24/7 production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's manufacturing organization to meet conformance and delivery.
• Develop and manage annual headcount and operational budgets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize weekly production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve delivery.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and QMS requirements.
• Oversee safety, housekeeping, and training programs across the plant.
