Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Memphis seeks a seasoned Facility Leader to guide operations, safety, and productivity across our manufacturing site, delivering sustainable improvements and cost efficiency.

You will develop talent, manage budgets, and partner with stakeholders to optimize scheduling, maintenance, and quality. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' leadership in manufacturing are preferred; experience with change management and data-driven decision making is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading improvement efforts in production, quality or profitability.
• Experience with change management/transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set operational strategies to meet safety, productivity, quality targets.
• Develop team to solve day-to-day issues and reach performance goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across functions.
• Monitor site capacity and coordinate with other sites for scheduling optimization.
• Prepare and manage annual financial plan and forecast performance.
• Ensure maintenance and security of facilities and equipment.
