Job summary

Rangen, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Buhl Plant's manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality products. You will drive SQDV goals, safety improvements, and cost reductions while coordinating with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

You will mentor the operations staff, implement standard work, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to elevate site performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience driving continuous improvement.
• Strong budgeting and financial awareness.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet SQDV goals.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Develop standard work across processes.
• Collaborate with procurement on cost and delivery objectives.
• Coach and develop operations team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead RMS implementation and Kaizen events.
