Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Logistics Manager in Bolingbrook, IL to drive business plans, forecast staffing, and oversee safety and quality adherence. You will analyze reports, implement improvements, and lead a team of associates and leaders to meet facility goals with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications require a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and 1 year of ops/logistics/retail supervisory experience, or 3 years in a similar role.
Associates will complete required trainings (Academy/Open Door, etc.)

Responsibilities

Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety) and improvements.
Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
Monitor compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards and procedures.
Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback and development opportunities.
Attract, hire, promote, coach and evaluate associates and managers.
Deliver results while prioritizing customer needs and EDLP/EDLC principles.
