Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Walmart logistics tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties and coach performance.
• Maintain customer and partner focus and participate in hiring and development.
