• Strong track record of margin improvement and cost control.
• Sustainable operational performance with minimal executive intervention.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize KPI performance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, lean initiatives, and inventory discipline.
• Lead staffing, development, and performance management across operations.
• Drive on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure safety, OSHA, ISO compliance, and a positive culture.
