L.A. Darling Company LLC in Paragould, AR seeks an experienced Director of Operations to lead all manufacturing and operational activities at the LA Darling facility.

This strategic role drives safety, quality, delivery, productivity, profitability, and employee engagement to support growth and customer satisfaction. You will oversee manufacturing, planning, logistics, maintenance, and continuous improvement, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Sales to achieve

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
5+ years leading leaders and multiple operational functions in manufacturing.
Proven track record in safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead all manufacturing and operational functions to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Champion Lean Manufacturing, CI, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Establish and monitor KPIs and partner with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
