Job summary

Dematic's Memphis facility seeks an Operations Manager to oversee financial, operational, and leadership responsibilities, delivering results against the execution plan and championing a culture of operational excellence. You will focus on customer requirements, workforce engagement, and scalable capabilities through Lean and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related operations field or equivalent experience.
Experience leading salaried and hourly employees and building accountable teams.
Strong Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven problem solving experience.

Responsibilities

Directly manage 50-100 exempt and non-exempt employees, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
Lead order fulfillment and shipments to meet safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and shipment accuracy KPIs.
Develop labor standards, staffing plans, and capacity requirements for daily execution and growth.
