Job summary

The Senior Director of Operations for OPW Clean Energy Solutions (CES) provides enterprise-level leadership for the manufacturing and operations network within Dover's operating model. This role drives disciplined operating systems that deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across the CES footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial management, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in manufacturing/operations leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience deploying structured operating systems (Daily Management, policy deployment, Lean).

Responsibilities

• Lead the CES operations network through Dover's Operating Model and Daily Management Systems.
• Drive governance, performance reviews, and rapid root-cause problem solving.
• Oversee capacity planning, footprint strategy, and capital deployment to optimize manufacturing network.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ensure value streams support lifecycle needs.
• Champion continuous improvement and leader standard work across sites.
