Love's is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and support areas. You will lead a team, drive efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction while executing strategies to grow sales and improve profitability.

Responsibilities include managing processes, reporting, and collaborating with leadership on hiring and talent development. Strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
