Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales while ensuring safety, cleanliness, inventory control, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
2+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
Intermediate computer skills in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple business operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
Maintain a safe, clean facility with restrooms, equipment and safety checks.
Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.
Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
Analyze profit and loss statements and drive opportunities.
Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
