Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with >$2M annual sales.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L awareness.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Eligible for pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple business areas.
• Ensure safe, clean facilities and equipment maintenance.
• Drive product and service sales via stock, inventory, and merchandising.
• Assist GM with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze profits and losses to capture opportunities.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition with managers.
