Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching an Operations Lead in Training program in Gallatin, Tennessee, designed to fast-track leadership for individuals who excel in people-centric roles. The 16-week training offers hands-on operations exposure and mentorship to prepare you for a future Assistant General Manager position.

You will drive day-to-day customer experience, lead shifts, and grow sales while learning the fundamentals of operations leadership in a fast-paced, national service environment.

Qualifications

• Lead or supervise a team at least 1 year in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
