Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching a 16-week Operations Lead in Training program to develop future leaders in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will work closely with an experienced GM to drive exceptional guest experiences, coach a team, and promote products like Unlimited Wash Club memberships.

This role offers hands-on leadership training and a clear path toward an Assistant General Manager position.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Positive attitude with a drive to lead and develop others.
