Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple business operations, including retail, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.

You will lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure a safe, well-maintained facility while driving sales and maintaining strong financial controls. Responsibilities include analyzing P&L statements, supporting talent acquisition, and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check; may include motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained facility via upkeep and safety checks.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
