Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is expanding its Savannah-based in-home services and seeks an Operations Manager to coordinate day-to-day field operations. You’ll oversee client and staff scheduling, support technicians in the field, and partner with clinical leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in ABA or behavioral health, 3+ years in scheduling or clinic operations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health.
• 3+ years experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for in-home service delivery.
• Oversee client and staff scheduling to ensure high-quality care.
• Support and onboarding of Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership to coordinate services smoothly.
• Assist with community outreach and family relationship-building.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for families to ensure a positive experience.
