Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Savannah is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our in-home ABA services. You will oversee daily operations, coordinating client and staff schedules and supporting field technicians to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

This full-time role requires strong organizational and people skills, a collaborative approach with clinical leadership, and the ability to build relationships with families and local clinics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health.
• 3+ years experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting or leading teams.
• Must be within driving distance of Savannah clinics.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for in-home service delivery.
• Oversee client and staff scheduling for consistent, high-quality care.
• Support and onboard Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership to coordinate services.
• Assist with community outreach and relationship-building.
• Serve as primary contact for families to ensure a positive service experience.
