Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or operations management in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or golf.
• Proven ability to manage systems and processes (inventory, certifications, vendor coordination, maintenance planning).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as site leader during Manager-on-duty shifts across range, tee line, and F&B.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues to protect guest experience and team flow.
• Enforce SOPs, checklists, and Golf Ranch systems across departments.
• Oversee inventory, certifications, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning.
• Coach team, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
