Job summary

Flyover Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the attraction, Admissions, Retail, and Photo Sales. You will work with the General Manager and leadership team, driving operational excellence, guest experiences, and revenue growth.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, inventory control, merchandising, staffing, and budgeting skills. You will coach teams, implement improvements, and ensure safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years leading high-volume attractions or hospitality operations.
• Proven track record in retail and guest services.
• Experience managing multiple departments and frontline leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
