Job summary

Flyover Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the attraction, Admissions, Retail, and Photo Sales. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive operational excellence and deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with senior teams, and strict attention to safety, inventory control, merchandising, staffing, and budget adherence. This is a full-time, on-site role in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in high-volume guest environments such as attractions, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience leading multiple operational departments and frontline leadership teams.
• Strong analytics, budgeting, and business-performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Admissions operations to ensure efficient guest flow and ticketing accuracy.
• Oversee Retail and Photo Counter Sales with revenue growth strategies.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules to meet demand while controlling labor costs.
• Coach and develop Admissions Leads, Retail Leads, and their teams.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards across the attraction.
