Sephora Merrick Commons is hiring an Operations Leader to drive store performance and guest experiences. You will oversee inventory control, replenishment, and fulfillment while leading the operations team to execute visual merchandising and promotions with precision.

You’ll coach and develop staff, reinforce Sephora standards, and promote inclusivity and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is full-time with diverse peak shifts.
