Job summary

Signal of Nashville is seeking an Operations Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage daily site activities of our security officers, reporting to franchise owners and regional directors in Nashville, TN.

The role requires a Tennessee security license, leadership experience, and the ability to cover posts with a flexible schedule including weekends and overnights. Strong service, professionalism, and communication are essential to deliver high-quality security services to our clients.

Qualifications

• TN State security license is required before employment begins.
• Ability to cover posts as needed and manage shifts.
• Flexible availability including weekends, overnights, and long days.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must read, speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and manage daily site activities of the assigned officers.
• Assist the Director in managing efficiency and on-site services to run smoothly.
• Ensure shifts are filled at least one month in advance and approve time off requests.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and professional conduct.
• Develop and implement scalable plans to improve operations and compliance.
