Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. Under the Store Manager, you will lead an engaged store team and set the example in initiative and accountability.

This full-time role requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership and analytical skills, with responsibilities spanning operations, staffing, financial management and customer service.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
