Intsel Steel West is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of materials, product and services to our customers, while ensuring Workplace Health and Safety requirements are met.

You will lead the site operations team, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and act as a change agent to boost productivity. Equal opportunity employer with competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• BS/BA in business, industrial engineering, distribution or related field.
• 10+ years in distribution/production preferred.
• 5+ years in management/supervisory position.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, HR laws and regulations, and employee relations.

Mansioni

• Oversee plant distribution to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain quality standards and asset preservation; initiate equipment improvements.
• Develop and monitor operating costs; alert on variances and implement solutions.
• Ensure orders meet specifications and quality standards; enforce quality processes.
