GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an operations supervisor who will oversee front-line manufacturing staff and help ensure reliable production.

The role requires shifting across first, second, and third shifts with training provided, and a strong ability to coordinate with other teams and stakeholders. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team, drive safety and performance, and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree PLUS 3 years manufacturing experience OR HS Diploma with 6 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Ability to work 3rd shift; training on 1st/2nd shift for 2-4 weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Broaden knowledge of technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
• Resolve issues using strong technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations
• Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy
• May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
• Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
• Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework
• Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
• Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
• A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team
• Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE
• Explains technical information to others
• Role is 100% on site

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work 3rd Shift, will train on 1st or 2nd shift for 2-4 weeks
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and 3 years of manufacturing experience OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 6 year's manufacturing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on October 16, 2026.
