DSM-firmenich in Enfield, CT is seeking an Operations Lead, Value Added Services (VAS) to lead daily VAS activities, including display building, rework, labeling, bundling, repackaging and reverse logistics. You will coordinate labor, materials, and workflow, coach frontline teams, ensure safety and quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives across inbound receiving and outbound shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in related field preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics or related operational environments.
• Experience with value-added services, rework, labeling, repackaging, reverse logistics preferred.
• Working knowledge of WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily execution of value-added services activities, including display building, rework, labeling, bundling, repackaging, and reverse logistics.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and workflow to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time execution of customer and business requirements.
• Provide frontline leadership by assigning work, coaching associates, supporting training, and reinforcing SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, inventory, security, and documentation requirements across all activities.
• Serve as a trained operational backup for inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and related fulfillment center operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, process consistency, and operational performance.

Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
