Job summary

TechClover is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage day-to-day steel trade operations and coordinate activities across the US and India. You will oversee end-to-end trade execution and ensure smooth LC handling and documentation.

The role requires hands-on international trade experience, strong knowledge of Incoterms and ERP systems such as D365 or Navision, and the ability to drive process improvements while collaborating with Traders, Finance and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on international trade operations experience.
• Good knowledge of LCs, trade finance, customs and logistics.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and trade documentation.
• Advanced Excel and good ERP knowledge; D365/Navision exposure advantageous.
• Steel/Metals Trading, Steel Mills or Commodities experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
