Job summary

Public Consulting Group in the United States is seeking an Operations Project Manager for the Social Security Advocacy Management Services program. You will lead client-facing and internal project activities, supervise team leads, manage deliverables, and drive compliance and process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with federal/state regulations, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• 5+ years of supervision and project management experience.
• Familiarity with federal programs (SSI, Title II, ABLE).

Responsibilities

• Lead client facing activities including client meetings and project deliverables, maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
• Supervise Social Security Eligibility and Benefits Management Team Leads and overall team performance.
• Manage internal project activities including tracking deliverables and training of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor performance measurements to meet contractual responsibilities.
• Use Excel and Power BI for data analysis and client/PCG requests.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain SOPs, training materials, and quality assurance processes.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual client-facing reporting.
• Lead client training sessions and foster positive relationships with clients and partners.
