Job summary

LGBT Great is seeking a Manager, Alternative Operations to support operations related to Complex Restructures and Distressed Credit. This role focuses on loan-based private financings and ensuring optimal operational execution.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of loan products and excellent analytical skills. The position is based in New York or Austin and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of operational experience in private and direct originated debt and/or equity.
• Strong knowledge of loan-based products such as term loans and privately originated debt.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with custody and accounting service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational coverage for Private Distressed Credit portfolio managers.
• Serve as an escalation point for outsourced service providers performing back-office functions.
• Review and interpret credit agreements to operationalize key terms.
