Job summary

Professional Builders Supply, a PBS brand of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Operations Manager I to direct the division's operations team across warehouse, dispatch, and storefront activities. The role requires strong leadership, logistics expertise, and financial acumen to maintain efficiency and on-time delivery.

You will establish performance metrics, lead regular operations meetings, review labor and budget reports, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• 5+ years of operational experience in a fast-paced distribution organization.
• 4-6 years in building material industry with strong product knowledge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general operations management and financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all work activities of the functional area.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain company performance metrics for order fill rate, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct audits to monitor metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead regular operations and location meetings with managers.
• Review reports and budgets to ensure cost controls and efficiency.
