Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities across warehouse, counter sales, dispatch and delivery to meet objectives.
• Lead a team of 6+ associates including hiring, training, and performance feedback.
• Establish goals and work schedules to meet service and sales objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics: order fill rate, on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy.
• Manage monthly P&L and assist in preparing store budgets.
• Drive warehouse and delivery efficiencies in product flow and labor utilization.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards.
