Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with Independent Contractors (Delivery Service Providers).
• Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinate with the General Manager.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth; maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Set policies and processes; ensure staff productivity and professional development.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees; evaluate operations and financial performance.
• Direct the employee assessment process and prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations and provide solutions to issues (loss of business, conflicts).
