Mister Car Wash is seeking future leaders in the Los Angeles area through the Operations Leads in Training (OLIT) program. You'll train hands-on with a General Manager to prepare for an Operations Lead role across multiple locations.

You will deliver great guest experiences, supervise daily operations, promote memberships, and grow leadership and sales skills. This entry-level leadership track emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a customer-first mindset, with clear pathways to advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team or supervising shifts in a customer-facing environment.
• Willing to participate in a structured leadership training program.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
