Mister Car Wash, Inc. is launching a structured Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Anaheim, CA.

This 16‑week training track is designed to develop the skills needed to supervise a fast-paced customer service operation and prepare you for leadership with real hands-on experiences. You will work closely with an experienced General Manager, learn to balance speed and quality, grow sales including Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and develop the leadership judgment required for a path

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
