Mister Car Wash, Inc. is launching an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Houston to develop entry-level leaders for our fast-paced car wash network. The role pairs trainees with an experienced General Manager, delivering hands-on operations and customer service excellence.

You will work to grow sales and memberships while building foundational leadership and business acumen, with a clear path toward Assistant General Manager as you progress through the 16-week program and beyond.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a n experienced General Manager to:

• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence.
• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
• Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
