Mister Car Wash in the United States is launching the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program, a 16-week leadership bootcamp designed to turn customer-service passion into operational excellence.

During the program, you'll work with a General Manager, master daily operations, promote membership sales, and develop the confidence to advance toward an Assistant General Manager role.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
