Job summary

DREAM is seeking an Operations Manager to support school-based staff with information systems, data analysis, student recruitment, and network-wide purchasing. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, growing nonprofit environment focused on serving youth and families across East Harlem and the South Bronx.

Responsibilities span office management, inventory, facilities, systems, and special projects, with opportunities to drive operational excellence and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in schools or a non-profit setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide office management support to school operations and culture.
• Maintain and train staff on school-wide information systems and procurement processes.
• Manage student recruitment, enrollment, and re-enrollment data and communications.
• Support facilities issues, safety, transportation, and lunch program operations.
• Coordinate and support events, professional development, and team-wide activities.
• Assist with data reporting for school, board, and regulatory purposes.
