Job summary

Finnsul is seeking a highly organized Operations Associate to own day-to-day operational processes across procurement, production, testing, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment in a fast-paced startup. You will coordinate multiple vendors and timelines, ensure on-time product delivery, and work directly with founders and partners to optimize operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong project management and communication skills, and comfort working in a hybrid Miami

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in operations across procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day procurement, production, testing, inventory, logistics, warehousing and fulfillment processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, quotes, MOQs, lead times and performance against timelines.
• Create and manage POs, confirm pricing and delivery dates, and track open orders.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely launches.
• Oversee product testing coordination, COAs and quality documentation.
• Monitor inventory across warehouses and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics.
