Job summary

Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative is seeking an Operations Associate to support MAIA and CBAI in Cambridge, MA. You’ll manage logistics, CRM, budgets, and scheduling to keep programs running smoothly and on time.

In this in-person role, you’ll partner with MAIA and CBAI leadership, handle meal planning, venue logistics, and documentation, while adapting to academic calendar rhythms and delivering reliable operational support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal CRM and day-to-day operations.
• Track expenses and ensure grant financial compliance across programs.
• Coordinate participant availability and schedule build-out for meetings and fellowship sessions.
• Manage meal ordering, print reading materials, and book rooms for programming.
• Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and gatherings including venues and transportation.
• Assist with general communications and updates to the group's website.
• Support logistics for CBAI's programs and events, including venues and meals.
• Assist with office management and facilities-related projects as needed.
• Provide flexible operational support as the organization grows.
