Job summary

Power to Hydrogen is seeking an Operations Lead to own end-to-end materials flow—from sourcing through delivery to customers or field sites. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, quality assurance, inventory management, production scheduling, shipping and receiving, and ERP implementation, acting as the connective tissue between engineering and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement, QA, inventory, scheduling, and logistics in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of RFQs, purchase orders, supplier negotiation, and vendor management.
• Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, MRP/ERP systems, and kitting.
• Hands-on shipping/receiving and freight documentation experience.
• Familiarity with international freight, export controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate design specs into procurement requirements and quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for materials and components necessary for electrolyzer manufacturing and R&D.
• Issue and track purchase orders, monitor delivery commitments, and mitigate delays.
• Maintain certificates, test reports, and traceability records; support supplier quality improvements.
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, min/max replenishment, and material readiness for builds.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules with engineering and leadership.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, export documentation, and compliance with EAR/ITAR where applicable.
