Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations or a related leadership role.
• Experience with billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to implement systems and process improvements.
• Familiarity with client onboarding and business development support.
• Strong tech skills and adaptability to AI tools.
• Experience in design or professional services is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead core business operations and administrative processes across the firm.
• Oversee day-to-day financial administration, including billing, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and reporting support.
• Help ensure consistent use of firm systems, software, and processes.
• Prepare and review project profitability and operational reports for leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accountability.
• Guide office technology and systems improvements, including AI-enabled tools adoption.
• Support development of new business opportunities with prospective partners and clients.
• Lead new client onboarding, including contracts and payments.
