Vico Painting Contractors in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Concrete Restoration & Repainting division. You will oversee sales, project management and field crews, optimize field productivity, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability targets.

The role requires 7+ years in construction operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with construction management software.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in construction operations or senior project management.
Proven leadership experience managing crews and multiple projects.
Strong understanding of structural repair methods, façade restoration, waterproofing systems, and painting standards.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations for concrete restoration and repainting projects.
Manage and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews.
Oversee scopes including structural repair, waterproof coatings, paint finishes, and façade repainting systems.
Ensure project schedules are met while maximizing crew efficiency and resource allocation.
Implement and enforce safety standards (OSHA) and company quality control processes.
Monitor financial performance: budgets, job costing, materials, and labor productivity.
Coordinate with executive leadership to develop operational strategies and division growth.
Support training, mentoring, and professional development of field staff.
Drive continuous improvement in workflow, equipment use, and operational efficiency.
