Monster Energy is seeking a Lead, Operations to oversee warehouse staff, ensure timely and safe completion of tasks, and maintain accurate inventory. You will verify shipments, manage records, and support office functions while upholding company policies and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations, with SAP, Excel, Word, and WMS knowledge, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business/general management or related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• 1–3 years of experience in general warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Word, and WMS is desirable.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure both are correct and meet specifications.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Assign and perform daily cycle counts to guarantee an accurate and consistent inventory.
• Support team when required -- assemble hoses to meet customer/stocking needs.
• Project a positive company image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner. Display a professional attitude while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Supervisor warehouse staff and monitor performance on assigned daily tasks.
• Maintain office functions including filing, billing, match receiving paperwork.

A Day in the Life:

In the position of Lead, Operations you will Oversee staff and ensure daily tasks are completed on a timely and safe manner. Verify and maintain records on all incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure an accurate inventory by following policy and procedures. Possess the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, General Management or related field of study
• Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in general warehouse operations
• Computer Skills Desired: Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management sytems (WMS)
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and systems.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$22 - $29 USD
